Job approval allows you to create a workflow to approve newly posted jobs.

How it works
First, you will need to turn this feature on. When someone posts a new job, they will need to add a list of approvers. Once added, the first approver will receive an email. Each approver in each step will have to approve the request before the next approver in the workflow receives a notification to approve it. Once everyone on the list approves the job, it will be posted. Every approval decision is tracked in the job.
Turn on the job approval workflow
- Go to https://app.inwork.io/settings/job-approval
- Click Enable job approval workflow
Once this is on, a job can't be posted without approval. The list of approvers is configured when posting a job.
