This article is for Admins and members of a Hiring team.
From the candidate profile, click on Calendar icon to start scheduling an interview:
By default, the timezone is your timezone configured in My Profile setting, add the Interviewer and feedback form. Feedback form is configured by Admin as described here. The interviewer must have an account in the system first. Only the admin can invite them.
Once scheduled, the interviewer will receive a notification and they will be able to view the candidate profile with basic information and the feedback form, even if they are not a hiring team member.
The system will remind them about the interview in advance and remind them to enter the feedback after the scheduled timing.
Interviewers only can view others' feedbacks once they have entered their own.
